My Story
32 Years of Real-World Experience
Gary Viles brings over 32 years of hands-on business experience to this race. He spent 15 years at Viles Ford — including 9 years as General Manager overseeing service, sales, advertising, and the full flow of the operation. He then built Viles Automotive from the ground up, where he has operated for 17 years. Along the way, he built two brand-new facilities — one for Viles Automotive and one for Viles Ford in 2008. He understands budgets, construction, operations, and what it takes to build something that lasts.
Gary isn't running to be a rubber stamp for anyone. If something makes sense for Union County families, he'll support it. If it doesn't, he won't — and he'll be honest about why. Before he casts a vote, he wants to understand the full picture: how it affects taxpayers, families, schools, public safety, and the future of this community. And after he votes, any citizen who calls will get a straight answer.

After 32 years running businesses and managing budgets, I know how to handle money responsibly. Every dollar of taxpayer money will be treated with the same discipline I applied in my own business.

I analyze every situation before I vote. If it makes sense for District 6, I'll support it. If it doesn't, I won't. Voters deserve a commissioner who thinks independently and puts the community first.
